Security (Children/Youth)
Processes background checks for all youth and children’s ministry workers and investigates security incidents
Visitation
Involves members in contacting our local weekly assembly guests
Youth
Coordinates with the Youth Minister on ministry programs for teens and parents of teens

Adult Education
Coordinates with the Education & Family Minister on resources and personnel in adult educational activities
Assembly Servants
Coordinates with the Pulpit Minister those who will have a role in Sunday assemblies including prayer, communion and ushers
Audio/Visual
Provides resources, expertise and support for the audio-visual needs of Northside ministries
Family Life
Coordinates programs and activities for family life emphasizing enrichment, prevention and outreach to the community
Young Families
Coordinates with the Education & Family Minister on programs and ministry for our young families
Involvement
Provides organization and activities designed to encourage individual participation in ministry
Life Groups
Coordinates with the Pulpit Minister on the organization and development of small groups which exist for involvement, fellowship, Bible study and evangelism
Member Orientation
Orients new Northside members, and based on gifts, talents and interests, incorporates them into active roles in Northside ministries
Seniors
A ministry to, for and with our adult senior members
Oasis
A ministry to, for and with our single members, ages 18-45
Events
Plans and coordinates fellowship activities for the congregation
Women
Responsible for organizing and coordinating activities for our women

Children's Homes
Coordinates Northside support for Christian Children’s Homes in the South Texas region
Communion to Shut-Ins
Coordinates serving weekly communion to our Northside Shut-Ins
Counseling - Professional, Budget, Legal
Provides counseling services for both members and non-members
Disabled Children
Coordinates and cares for the needs and concerns for the disabled in our congregation
Disaster Relief
Coordinates and distributes aid for specific world disasters
People Helping
Coordinates benevolent care for both members and non-members
Special Needs
Assures that Northside families are given special care (food, visits, etc.) during crisis events (hospitalizations, death, etc.)

Hector Garza Center
Conduct Wednesday night devotionals and coordinate other service opportunities for the residents at this facility
Fisher House
Cook Saturday breakfast twice a month for the residents at the Fischer House at BAMC and collect bulk items for the Fisher House at Lackland
Christian Heritage School
Responsible for communicating and interfacing with CHS
Prayer
Encourages and supports the prayer lives of Northside members and assists with special prayer needs
Urban Connection
Coordinates Northside involvement in San Antonio Urban Connection Ministry
Support and Administration...
Building, Parking, Grounds
Responsible for the care and maintenance of our building, grounds and parking facilities
Communications
Provides and maintains channels of member communication
Finance
Responsible for all financial matters including insurance
Long Range Planning
Anticipates and plans for encouraging growth and growth management
Stewardship
Plans activities and provides resources to encourage the development of generosity and stewardship among Northside members
