Ciudad de Angeles provides a safe and healthy environment based on Christian principles for orphaned, abandoned, abused and needy children living in Mexico. The home races children to become Christian adults who are responsible citizens in their local communities.
Northside spends one week out of the year serving the “Angels” through teachings about God, improving the community and campus in which they live and by reading, speaking and teaching English. This year we were blessed to be able to take a large team of servants who completed various construction projects. We also enjoyed fellowship, games, and meals with the “Angels” throughout the week. We celebrated Jesus in the community of Cozumel by hosting a carnival that all neighborhood children, including the “Angels”, were invited too. This carnival gave us the opportunity to share the word of God with our neighbors and be part of this amazing community for an evening.
We are planning to return in early summer of 2018. If interested please contact Wayne Alsup or Greg Scherrer.
