S.A.F.E Supporting Adoption and Fostering Efforts

The S.A.F.E. Ministry (Supporting Adoption and Fostering Efforts) helps support foster and adoptive families in our community and in our church family. There are many ways to get involved including taking meals to families when children come into their homes, babysit for the foster training held at the building, donating baby/kid gear to foster and adoptive families, providing items & compiling first day bags full of essentials on the first night/day a child arrives into a home and more!

This past year you all served many families in the community as well as helped collect school supplies for the foster children through the Bair Foundation, toiletries to make bags for children staying at the CPS office and prom attire to help teens through the PAL program. This year our prayer is for more of our church family members to step up to the need for more foster families so that we can care for these children in a loving, Christian home.

If not us then who? If not now then when? Time for us to  DO SOMETHING!”   – Matthew West “Do Something”
