What is Church to You? Learning from Each Other

Ben Crain, Travis Holland

Room 238

There is an element of church life that is distinctly subjective. We gather to worship and encourage and learn and serve, and we perceive all these elements, separately and together, in very personal ways. These unique personal perceptions guide our own individual expectations. This means that when we come together, we each bring our own ideas of what church should be. This class for young adults will cover the whole “What is church?” topic. Participants will share their personal perceptions and expectations of what church is to them, with the ultimate intent of making a difference in the world. The purpose is to together become a church that has meaning and impact in both the present and future.
